It’s already very late and I will unfortunately not be able to stay up to see all of tonight’s Academy Awards in its entirety, but I would just like to say that few times in my life have I been more revolted than I was by the vacuous sycophants that inundated the shallow “red carpet” event, and few times in my life have I been more moved than I was by the sincere and eloquent tribute to the five talented actresses who were beautifully honored before the evening’s first award was presented.
All well and good, the oscars. but your PUBLIC wants pictures of Sebastian, and Emily. We want pictures of Mom and chidren, and Dad and children, and maybe even Mom and Dad. Oscars shmoshcars, we want pictures. Am I getting through????
